What You’ll Do 

As our Assistant Residential Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our residential, storage, and boat/RV properties—ensuring our properties are well-managed and our tenants feel supported and cared for. You’ll work closely with our Residential Team, Facilities, Customer Service/Accounting, and the CEO to maintain competitive and high-quality spaces. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Handle lease showings, documentation, and administration.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant communications and satisfaction.

  • Support inspections and ensure properties meet our high standards of curb appeal and safety.

  • Coordinate tenant improvements, maintenance requests, and lease compliance.

  • Assist with marketing, tracking rent collections, and financial reporting.

  • Help develop internal policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

  • Provide general administrative support to the Property Manager and team.

 What You Bring
 
  • Experience: 1+ year in management preferred.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of residential leases; AppFolio and Kardin experience a plus.

  • Skills: Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.

  • Education: 2-year degree in business preferred, but not required.

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks with grace and professionalism.

  • A collaborative mindset and respect for a diverse work environment.

  • Physical ability to conduct property tours, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.

  • Comfortable sitting or working at a computer for extended periods, as well as moving around properties.

Compensation: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
