Position: Assistant Residential Property Manager
You’ll help manage our residential, storage, and boat/RV properties—ensuring smooth operations and a great tenant experience. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll support leasing, maintenance coordination, inspections, communications, and admin tasks.

What You’ll Bring:
- 1+ year of management or property experience preferred
- Strong lease knowledge; AppFolio and Kardin experience a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced, team environment
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office/Teams; 2-year business degree preferred

Compensation: $27.00 - $32.50 per hour
